The Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs (SAYFC) are delighted to announce another fantastic prize for the Winner of the new ‘Young Farmer of the Year’ competition.
The current prize is £1000 and a ticket to the Oxford Farming Conference and now the chance to be the owner of a Suzuki King Quad 500 for one whole year, thanks to John and Janis Yuille, ATV Services Scotland Ltd.
“We have supported the SAYFC in a growing capacity over the last couple of years, both locally and nationally and are delighted to support this superb new competition.
Our business started and still operates heavily in the Agricultural sector and we feel there is no better way to support that sector than to help with the new entrants and young blood, after all they are destined to be, if not already our customers of the future.
We are firm believers in what the Young Farmers has to offer, my wife Janis and I met through Young Farmers and our eldest son Jack is a member of Ayr YFC, and of course the farming community is our both community and social circle so to support the SAYFC is something that we are delighted to do.
Bearing all this in mind it is a great pleasure that we can offer the winner of this prestigious competition a NEW Suzuki King Quad 500 Power Steering 4wd ATV for the 12 months following the winners announcement and hope that this will encourage even more people to come forward and “give it a go”' says John Yuille.
Applications are open now, with the first elimination to be held on Saturday 3rd February 2018.
