This, #MindYourHead week illustrates what is being done to break down mental health barriers and diversify the skills and knowledge of the industry and those who live and work in it! 
It aims to raise awareness of mental health issues in the #farming industry, tackling the stigma surrounding mental health and to help build a community of support and resources for those affected. #AreEweOkay
