Mental Health Support

One in four people in Scotland will suffer from poor mental health at some point in their life.

This is why at SAYFC we have chosen to encourage the conversation and break the stigma surrounding mental health. It’s about looking out for each other and being there to listen.

Our aim is to help young people living in Scotland’s rural communities by raising awareness of mental health issues, the triggers and causes, how to recognise the signs and how to seek help if you or others are suffering.

For more information or to support our mental health initiative, contact the National Office via penny@sayfc.org or 0131 333 2445.
