East Clay Pigeon Shooting took place on Sunday 3rd February at Cluny Clays, Kirkcaldy. After having a one year break, the competition came back with a bang! Seven teams arrived on the crisp morning to register and receive a brief from the venue before heading out and aiming for first place. 50 targets were shot during the morning competition before stopping for a quick break before the final flush.
Brechin YFC, Forfar JAC, Aberfeldy JAC, Strathearn JAC, Kinross JAC and West Fife JAC members all took part in the final flush, a 40 target shoot out, to determine the top place teams and individuals for the day. Full results are as follows:
1st Place: Forfar JAC – Ryan Farquharson, James Adam, Grant Sanderson
2nd Place: Kinross JAC ‘A’ – David Black, Hugh Mithcell, Gavin Hardie
3rd Place: Aberfeldy JAC – Yvonne Kennedy, Ed Munt, Ciaran Woodman-Robinson
