Purpose

Safeguarding of SAYFC finances.

Who?

  • Two Reps per Region
  • Finance Chair
  • Finance Vice Chair
  • Past Finance Chair
  • Two Observers (Senior Leadership Team and Board)

The tasks of the Fundraising & Finance Committee include:

  • National Competitions budgeting
  • Regional budgeting
  • Making recommendations to Board of Trustees regarding annual affiliation fees
  • Developing Sponsorship strategy
    • Exploring new ideas and areas to increase sponsorship and sponsorship opportunities
    • Evaluate sponsor pricing levels
    • Developing recognition for sponsors support
    • Maintaining relationships with existing sponsors
  • Developing member discounts on SAYFC digital membership card
  • Developing National fundraising initiatives
  • Continue to review existing and develop new comprehensive training for treasurers
