NATIONAL SUPER SATURDAY

SATURDAY 24TH JULY

The Super Saturday Event will host

  • Junior and Senior Arts and Crafts
  • Tug of War Finals
  • Volleyball
  • Obstacle Course

Β 

Arts and Crafts Set up – from 9am.

Set up will take an hour from start time, all articles will be judged in the stand and dismantled on the day.

Once all teams have entered a staggered time to register and set up will be allocated.

Entry forms deadline date will be FRIDAY 9th JULY at 10am

Volleyball – Teams of 6

Registration 10am

Tug of War – Registration 11.30am for an 1pm start

Teams will be submitted after Regional eliminations.

West Region – 4; East Region – 3; and North Region – 3.

Obstacle Course – approx. 3pm

District Teams of 10people

Photography Rules

Additionally please find below current guidelines for the forthcoming Event.

These assume tier 0, 1 or 2.Β Β  Other restrictions will apply if any area moves to tier 3.

  • Only those that are competing can attend, no spectators allowedΒ 
  • On arrival competitors should register with Covid stewards – to ensure we have accurate records for track & trace
  • Entry to buildings may be limited according to capacity allowed as per Scottish Government Guidance, Covid stewards will be in attendance to monitor this.
  • Social distancing MUST be adhered to at all times
  • Face coverings should be encouraged when not seated
  • Hand wash/sanitiser will be available
  • Catering will be available but no alcohol will be permitted
  • Bubbles are no longer required however as an extra precaution Clubs may wish to stay in bubbles
  • If competitors continue to breach rules they will be asked to leave

 

Any teams who are unable to attend a preliminary round due to member isolation may be considered to attend the National final if there Regions allocations are not able to be fulfilled.
