Saturday 21st February

7.30 am – 9 am Breakfast served

9.20 am Coach departs Mercure Hotel

10 am Tour at Lindores Abbey Distillery, Abbey Road Newburgh, Fife KY14 6HH

11.30 am Coach to pick up delegates from Tour

12 noon Delegates arrive back at hotel

12 noon – 2.45 pm Delegates own time (no lunch plans)

2.45 pm Delegates to make their way to Ballroom Perth 15 York Place, Perth, PH2 8EP for Pool and Darts competition

4.30 pm/5 pm Buffet served at the Ballroom

6.15 pm Delegates Walk to East Cabaret

Sunday 22nd February

7.30 am – 10 am Breakfast served

Please clear rooms and take all belongings to the function room

10.30 am Members meet in foyer for room inspections.

During this time a room check will be carried out.

Once complete, members can check out and bonds will be returned if no damages.

12.00 noon – Conference close
