Want to Host an International Exchangee?

In February 2026, we will have visiting exchangees from Northern Ireland who will join us for East Cabaret and National Competitions weekend. A new and exciting time to be able to host exchangees!

In the Summer, there will then be an opportunity to host an exchangee from Sun 24th May to Tues 16th June.

Within these dates, we will be looking for hosts to provide a place to stay for a maximum of 7 nights.

Your fellow club/District members can support with activities throughout the exchangees visit and the International Committee will be happy to assist you in building links locally with those who could support.

When hosting an exchangee, they should feel like they are integrated into your daily life so don’t feel that you need to clear your diary to take them on touristing activities.
