Full Time: 35 hours per week 

Salary;  £28,000 to £34,000

As a member led organisation, the Scottish Association of Young Farmers Clubs is responsible for supporting young people in rural Scotland, providing personal development opportunities and a social network.

The Youth Development Manager is a new role within the SAYFC staff team, and is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual to join the team.  A hybrid role, working from home or the YF Centre, Ingliston with other staff and SAYFC members, you’ll work closely with the SAYFC Development & Wellbeing Committee to develop training opportunities and appropriate safeguarding measures to support SAYFC Clubs.

The Youth Development Manager will need to be a great communicator, skilled at bringing people together to deliver shared goals, possess a full driving licence, and most importantly, be excited about supporting and advocating for young people in rural Scotland.

This is a full time position, 35 hours per week, with benefits including flexible working hours.
