It was a great opportunity to talk about SAYFC and the innovation driven forward by our nation's Young Farmers. Thanks to @ukagritechcentre for the invite and to the other speakers and presenters on the day for their informative talks and valuable insights.

Yesterday's @ruralyoutheurope Rally recap👀

In the morning the team participated in group sessions where they worked through challenges and solutions for establishing new rural youth associations and helping them develop.🙌

The afternoon/evening was dedicated to the Rally 'Talent Show' where each team gave their own performance showcasing songs, dances and talents from their home nation. 🎶💃Team Scotland put on a great show with their special Rally version of '500 miles' by the Proclaimers, followed by some fantastic Highland Dancing from Jillian and Joanne. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

#WellbeingWednesday

During this busy harvest season we asked some of our SLT about their experience with working long hours.

Stress and burnout affects many farmers and farm workers across the country, especially during these busier seasons and it can lead to poor mental health and a higher rate of accidents and injury.

@farmstrongscot put together this handy resource on recognising the signs of burnout and properly managing stress:
