❄️The best of Tignes!⛷️

Earlier in the month, 39 members from all over Scotland spent a week carving the hillsides of Tignes, France, on our annual ski trip. 🎿

The group had a brilliant time, both on and off the slopes, and have returned with plenty of memories and new connections from across the Association.🙌

🎓Congratulations to our 2025/26 Cultivating Leader
🎓Congratulations to our 2025/26 Cultivating Leaders graduates. 👏

Yesterday, the delivered their final presentations, providing their reflections on the programme and how it has shaped both them and their plans for the future.

The programme, brilliantly facilitated by Heather Wildman, provides members with valuable lessons in leadership, business, and financial literacy. But most importantly it creates a supportive space for personal reflection and growth amongst a group of supportive peers and mentors.

Thanks again to Heather for facilitating the course and to all of our amazing sponsors and contributors.

@rhass1784 , @johnstoncarmichael_rural , @galbraithgroup , @royalbank , @henryplumbfoundation, Burness Paul, @scotgov

A massive well done to all our graduates, we hope that the lessons learned in this course will serve you well in your future endeavours.🙌
