Bower Take Home the Hamilton Trophy

It was another great day at the Highland rally with well over 160 members in attendance. Members from Caithness to Nairn were out in force to try to take home top prize of the Hamilton trophy.

The Rally is an excellent example of the essence of young farmers. Where past members very kindly volunteer their time to support an event for our current members to enjoy. Between stock judging, first aid, upcycling a pallet, football and Tug of War there were plenty of activities on offer to suit anyone. Thanks to all our fantastic volunteers and judges who helped out on the day.

The prizes were presented by Emma on behalf of NFU, Dingwall and Thurso Offices who were the main sponsors of the event. Dingwall and Highland Marts kindly sponsored our Stockjudging section, with Mackenzie Kerr and KDJ Contractors supporting the Raffle prize money. Scot Agri were also in partnership with the event as well as Harbro, Forbes Farm Fresh, ORD Pallets, SSEN and Event First Aid. We are indebted to our supporters.
