West Field Sports Day

On Sunday 10th July the Westies headed to the John Wrights Sports Centre in East Kilbride for their annual Field Sports Day Competition. All 4 districts brought team for Netball, Volleyball and Football.

The results are as follows:

NETBALL

1st – Avondale

2nd – Ayrshire Black

3rd – Ayrshire Purple

FOOTBALL

1st – Lesmahagow

2nd – Ayrshire A

3rd – Ayrshire B

VOLLEYBALL

1st – Lesmahagow

2nd – Ayrshire Blue

3rd – East Kilbride Purple

A massive thank you must go to all stewards, referees and umpires who helped make the day run so smoothly. Especially those who stepped in last minute. Well done to all teams who took part.
