Climate Emergency Summit 10: Soil – Friday 30th April 9.30am-1pm

The tenth in the series that brings practitioners together to share their experience and identify practical solutions to the climate emergency under the particular topic for the Summit. These Summits result in recommendations directly to Cabinet Secretary level within the Scottish Government and other influential individuals and organisations.
The group have an interest in exploring the issues around the role of soils in the net zero transition.  You can find out more and see the reports from previous Summits here.

The events are fast paced and participatory and usually bring between 50 and 100 practitioners together to identify solutions through a collaborative, workshop structure. Alongside breakout discussions there will be a number of ‘5 min provocations’  from leading thinkers from our community and those with  particular expertise on the climate emergency. These are designed to inform discussion, challenge convention and encourage folk to focus on solutions to the climate emergency.
