On Thursday 1st June the West Region headed through to Duncanrig High School for their annual Ready Steady Country Cooks competition. Two teams per district were expertly judged by Karen Parkin and Eilidh McCulloch who commended the competitors for thinking out of the box. A big thank you must go to West Chair Colin and Vice Chair Michael who kept the competition running smoothly. Well done to everyone who took part and congratulations to Kilmaurs YFC who will go on to compete at the National Final on Friday 23rd June at The Royal Highland Show. Full results are below:
