31 Jul Witness The Fitness at West’s Fittest Farmer
On Sunday 30th July The West Region teamed up with GJ Fitness and held the first SAYFC Fittest Farmer Competition. Kindly hosted by The Neilson family at Park Farm, East Kilbride, 25 competitors were set challenges to test their power, strength and endurance. The final results are below:
